This apartment is ideal for a young family with a child who is planning to expand— they are expecting a second child. Therefore, the apartment features a spacious living room and a large children’s room, where there will be plenty of space for play and relaxation.
The apartment was completely redesigned: many walls were removed, and the bathrooms were combined, creating a sense of space and light.
The interior design reflects a love for natural materials: wood and marble blend harmoniously, creating a cozy atmosphere. Special attention has been paid to accent elements in the form of honeycombs, which reference bee hives and highlight the unique location.
The living room features a TV area with a biofireplace that creates a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Nearby is a small library with a neat bookcase that offers storage space and built-in lighting, adding a special charm to the space.
A corner sofa with comfortable cushions and a stylish coffee table with a glass top and a base made of beautiful wood make the lounge area even more inviting.
The walls are adorned with bright and dynamic wallpaper, while soft shades of lavender create a calm atmosphere. Lighting plays an important role: pendant lights shaped like bubbles hang in the living room and kitchen, adding a unique touch to the overall interior.
The bathroom combines two bathrooms provided by the developer. The result is a space with both a bathtub and a shower. The bathtub was a necessity for the child. The shower is located in a niche, which saved space and added functionality. The shower tray and curtain were purchased separately. A washing machine was also installed here.
The remaining corner between the rooms was used to set up a compact workshop. It looks like a mini-storage room, but in reality, it’s a place where real magic happens.
A wall-mounted shelf and a cozy workbench have been installed, where the apartment’s owner happily works on his small crafts. He is passionate about casting and creating decorative metal sculptures, and in this corner, his creativity comes to life.
The children’s room turned out to be very bright and vibrant. A custom furniture design was created for it, featuring a bunk bed with storage drawers built into the ladder rungs. This bed resembles a little house, creating a playful atmosphere. There are also storage drawers underneath the bed. The walls are covered with beautiful children’s wallpaper.
A study area has been set up with an adjustable-height desk for the children. The tabletop is easy to move and can be extended or retracted. A closet for storing clothes and school supplies is also located here.
